For each yummy recipe add 1 serving of TLS On the Go Vanilla or Chocolate Shake Mix
Add ice to taste (more ice for a thicker shake)
Mix in blender till creamy.

Ingredients: You’ve got choices. Fresh or frozen fruit. Skim, soy, almond or rice milk. Adding milk will make the shake creamier.

To increase your workout recovery Add 2 scoops of Complete Greens to any recipe.

Mint Chocolate Chip
2 scoops of TLS Creamy Vanilla shake powder
1 tsp. mint extract
½ cup unsweetened dark chocolate (broken up, 70% cocoa or higher)
1 cup water

Almond Mocha
2 scoops of TLS Chocolate Delight shake powder
1 tsp. almond extract
1 tbsp. of instant coffee
1 cup Almond Milk

Chocolate Raspberry
2 scoops of TLS Chocolate Delight shake powder
1 cup raspberries
tsp. vanilla
1 cup water

Pina Colada
2 scoops of TLS Creamy Vanilla shake powder
½ banana
½ cup pineapple juice
¼ cup unsweetened coconut
(or 1 tsp. coconut extract)
½ cup water

Very Berry
2 scoops of TLS Creamy Vanilla shake powder
½ cup raspberries
½ cup blueberries
½ cup blackberries
½ cup strawberries
1 cup water

Green Dream
2 scoops of TLS Creamy Vanilla shake powder
1 cup strawberries
2 kiwis (peeled)
½ cup skim milk
2 scoops Complete Greens
1/2 cup water
